Untuk mengatasinya ada sedikit trick dari saya meskipun ini mungkin sudah diposting oleh teman-teman blogger atau yang memakai wordpress yang berpengalaman.
Dari sekian banyak tips yang saya baca hanya satu yang bisa tertanam dan masuk akal untuk diterapkan atau dicoba. Sejauh ini berhasil cara tersebut. Saya pakai trick ini ketika netbook acer aspire one seri AO532h mendapat cobaan muncul notifikasi (Power Surge on Hub Port: A USB Device has exceeded the power limits of its hub port). Netbook ini terfasilitasi 3 usb hub port. Di sebelah sisi kiri terdapat dua usb hub port dan yang sisi kanan terdapat satu usb hub port.
So kembali ke masalah, salah satu usb hub mati alias tidak bisa digunakan yaitu sisi kanan tidak tahu kenapa masalah bisa karena windowsnya corrupt pada waktu installasi atau usb hub ada bermaslah atau bisa juga mainboardnya. Kasus itu masih mengganggu sampai dapatkan formulanya. hehehhehh Penasaran????

To prevent seeing the USB Power Surge alert message, complete the following steps:
Click on START (tombol warna hijau tulisan start pojok kiri pada task bar kalau pakai color scheme windows xp blue)
Click on CONTROL PANEL
Double-click on the SYSTEM icon (gambar monitor ada centang merah)
Click on the HARDWARE tab
Click the DEVICE MANAGER button
Click the “+” next to Universal Serial Bus Controllers to expand the selection.
Right-click salah satu usb universal host and select PROPERTIES on the Intel® USB UNIVERSAL HOST CONTROLLER (not the USB Root Hub)
(tergantung chipset mobo anda)
Click the ADVANCED Tab
Check the box that says: “Don’t tell me about USB errors”
